“There was a last minute change that no one told me about so it took an hour and a half to get to the boat, they claimed there was a technical issue with the blue lagoon boat so they just joined us to the sea star boat. As a result there were too many people, all stretchers occupied, barely a place to sit together! The staff said it's not their problem and it's because we were late (we were picked up at 8:30 and arrived with *their bus* at 10:00) !! The cruise itself started ok but than they started speeding as if we were late getting somewhere and instead…”
