“Our Tour Guide Maria was incredibly friendly and informative. She went above and beyond. Many local stops including sweet shop with Lokum (Turkish Delight) and local sweets. Hallumi tasting - gorgeous flavour. Olive Oil tasting including oil based jam and pickle paste, beautiful setting overlooking grape vines - Laura very knowledgeable. Monastery is stunning as.is.the view. Meze lunch was enjoyable and very filling. Lastly wine tasting at Wine Boutique. Again very informative and experiencing variety of wines and spirits. Dimitris was very knowledgeable and organised a special birthday cake at the edro shipwreck for my boyfriends birthday which was a lovely touch. “The Troodos mountain trip was well planned and easy to follow within the given time frame. Our driver and guide, Chris, handled the winding roads confidently and shared a good general overview of Cyprus—its history, vegetation, wildlife, and the background of the monuments we visited. He didn’t go into very detailed explanations, but he was witty, engaging, and kept the group entertained. The only drawback was the winery stop. There was no tour of the facility—just a table for tastings—and the wines didn’t appeal to most of us. The organizers should reconsider this part of the itinerary. Lunch was on the expensive side, but the food was tasty, and sitting…”

“I had an excellent experience with Helena as our expert and friendly host. We visited four wineries, each offering a different take on wine production in the Troodos mountains. We sampled several good to very good wines, including Commandaria, at Zambartas, Malia, and the unique Ayia Mavra. We also tried the blue wine at Linos. Lunch and treats in Omodos were delicious, and visiting the Timios Stavros monastery and the Constantinou church was a further treat for the eyes. Helena was welcoming and informative and a joy to talk to. I highly recommend this tour, and I'd do it all over again if I could!”

“A really beautiful experience and an absolute must-do! The tour not only offers great wine tasting experience, but gives a lot of historical and cultural background on Cyprus in general and the area visited, all of this in a nice relaxed atmosphere sipping wine or driving past breathtaking views. Our guide Myra was very experienced, full of information to share, helpful, outgoing, friendly and just really good company. Next time in Cyprus we'll hope to try another route with the same company (and hopefully with Myra). Good tour operators are not always easy to find and this is definitely one of them!”

“we were seated in the back if the jeep which was very uncomfortable for 10hrs. first coffee stop was too long and not worth it. adonis falls was a tiny trickle of water and not worth the visit. Venetian bridge was also disappointing and we were there for far too long. We were given 40minutes for a wine tasting that didn't happen because the shop owner wanted people to buy a bottle before they could taste anything. Finally, we were given only 15 minutes at Aphrodites birthplace -not enough time to use the bathing suit and water shoes we had worn/carried the whole day. The whole point of Aphrodites birthplace…”

“Incredible Halloumi cooking class today! We spent the morning on a goat and sheep farm making fresh halloumi from a 50/50 blend of goat and sheep’s milk that we saw come off the truck. First there was the traditional halloumi and then a farmers cheese was the second set of curds that came from the boiled milk. Afterwards we ate it fresh with traditional Cypriot delicacies kibbeh, olive bread, spinach boreks, cucumber and tomato. I always thought you fried halloumi but learned you eat it fresh.
